If you've encountered the error: "Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Could not connect to server. Connection to server failed." please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: Run the game as administrator. This error is due to the fact that your IP address may be included in the provider's block list during a DDoS of our server. This problem can be solved automatically by logging in again after 15 minutes. If the problem persists, a VPN can help. If the problem is still not resolved, write a private message to the administration with your account login and IP address.
